Thanks for letting me know where you live. I know the general area, , it's beautiful there.
Ofcourse we have some beautiful areas here in Oregon too. The rugged coast line is a lot like the coast in the northeast.
Where I live is 60 minutes to the coast, 60 minutes to the mountains. The best of both worlds.
Well I have the photo shoot tomorrow so I know I need to get some beauty sleep. Smile!!
Take care, catch you later .

You are right about Robb, but I still enjoy the humor. I was watching the Bones show in rerun before I found her books, but I kind of got tired of it. I am a NCIS addict. I have read all of Cornwell. I think her books are not as good anymore. I love both Kellerman's. I have read all of them. I finished all of Hillerman's a number of years ago. I got hooked on Dick Francis when I borrowed a book from my mom not knowing the author at all. It is sad that Hillerman and Francis both died. I have enjoyed the last 2 books by Dick Franicis's son. They have not been as good since his mom died, but that is just relative. Still one of my favs. Several of my favorite books were Dick Francis's books about the former jockey who lost his arm.

I enjoy some of the real old timers. I have read most of Agatha. I am gradually working through Ngaio Marsh. Ed McBain and Lawrence Block are some serious old timers who still write. Based on you list you must have read Evanovich and Grafton. Two of my favorites. Another one is Sara Paretsky. Her charcter VI Warshawski is located in Chicago where I live. I could go on for a while.

Louise Penny/Inspector Gamache- I don't know that one. I will have to write that down and see if the library has any.

JD Robb - I like them but they seem more like a formula. But I do enjoy her impatience with people and fashion.
