    I'm halfway through The Player of Games and l like it a lot! What are you reading now?

    In other news; my mom moved to a different nursing home. She didn't like the one she was in (since they almost let her die of sepsis, I guess I don't blame her), and so far the new one seems ok. It's been a lot of work arranging the move and fixing all the practical details, but hopefully things will calm down a little.

    Tomorrow is crunches day! I challenge you to 3 sets, 15 reps of standing crunches! Hands behind the head, abs in tight and raise those knees SLOWLY, one at a time, alternating each time.

    For a little bonus, do another 3 sets, 15 reps, but with a twist! Raise the left knee, twist at the waist to the left, alternate. Make sure you're twisting with you WAIST, not your arms!
