I work odd shift and it's hard for me to live a balanced life. Being healthy is very important to me. I have made many lifestyle changes and looking to improve it . 2011 was good. I did my first half in may (not great). I did another one in November and joined a training team which was great! I am now coaching 10k team for the first time and cycling. I want to continue to raise the bar and make changes that I can be proud of.
Weight is still an issue. Can't figure that out ...

if you don't know what that is: it's the PRTSC key on your keyboard. (could be a function)
anyways: I then PASTE it to PAINT
crop and fiddle... you can't use the whole thing! too small to read
and save as JPEG!
