My Desire: To Live a Healthier Life


I am 49 and 50 lbs overweight. I need to lose this weight for lots of reasons. Self esteem, relieve achy joints, my son is getting married in 2009 and we are planning a cruise in 2009 (which I will need after the wedding). These are some of the reasons I need to lose but mainly its because I have a wonderful family that I want to spend as much time with as I possibly can here on earth. To lose the weight so I can enjoy Good Health & Happiness with my family!!

My Program:
 I am currently counting calories. I will be starting some light exercises but I haven't gotten motivated yet!


Personal Information:
I work full time at a local nursing home, as a secretary. We own a small farm. I am a country gal and I am very proud of it!!

Other Information:
 My favorite thing to do to relax is read a good book or magazine. I also love music, just about any kind.
