Fitness Minutes: 51

My Goals:
Lose weight (about 50 pounds)

Lower triglycerides and cholesterol significantly.

My Program:
 Use my treadmill and ab thing at least 3 times per week!

I must stay strong and keep my enthusiasm up


Personal Information:
I am from South Mississippi but have lived in Central Kansas for about 10 years.

I am an ER nurse and Forensic nurse and love every minute of it.

For fun I trail ride our quarter horses and camp at various state parks.
