    About the activated charcoal, it comes in capsules that you can buy at Whole Foods or GNC. You take 2 capsules the minute you feel nauseated. The activated charcoal absorbs the virus and moves it out. I have used this three times with our family in the last month and it has worked every time. It also works for food poisoning. The capsules are black and about the size of a multivitamin. I hope this helps you.
