I hear you with the nutrition struggle. There is so much information out there and so hard to stick to any one idea... but I think that is key. Choose ONE thing and stay with it for a set amount of time (think streak). Consistency is something we don't do automatically. We learn it. So don't expect yourself to do it ALL perfectly! Problem solve how you can make that one thing happen. For me it was realizing I was not eating enough veggies so I did a tour of the grocery store and found easy veggie choices I could grab and succeed with. I knew even then they were not the BEST choices but I let myself have some "good, better and best" items to choose from. Now I do lots of crock pot veggie combos of soup and stews. I came to realize I don't LOVE salads and maybe that was what sabatoged me??? Anyways, good luck with this. 3714 days ago
I am struggling with my goals right now so decided to give myself 14 days to figure it out. I need some challenges but for today will just eat healthy and exercise every day. I feel good but my weight is just sitting in one place. Patience! Hope you are figuring things out. Woo hoo! Just do it! 3756 days ago

Woo hoo for starting over! I read a buddie's blog where she had decided to do a 100 day countdown. I think my eyes almost popped when I saw her goals. Yet it got me thinking. My biggest problem is consistency.... and 100 days gets me to January and past the new year's eve thing... so why not? I am on day 78 so far blogging every day, logging my food and exercising for at least 10 minutes. Life is sure trying to sabatoge me but it is not as hard as I thought...at least when I got past the first few days thinking "What the heck was I thinking???" LOL. Remember the fast break suggestions. They build on consistency too. PIck something small. The rest will come. 3836 days ago
