It's time to finally lose this excess weight and get fit and healthy. I have spent most of my 52 years struggling with my weight and losing the battle most of the time. My husband and I have been happily married for 19 years and have done a lot together....including adding on the pounds.

We moved to a new city in 2015 and with all the changes and all the dining out that we've done, I temporarily lost sight of my spark. But not any more! I rejoined Weight Watchers in December 2018 and the pounds have steadily been coming off.
And 2019, my focus is on personal growth, spiritually, emotionally, and physically. I know that small steps can equal big results over time and that's what I want. I know this is a journey that takes a lifetime (not to lose the weight but to continue in growth).

I love all the motivational help through SparkPeople and love encouraging others on their journey! Together we can inspire each other onto our goals!

My Program:
Although I joined SparkPeople a few years ago, my official start day actively using it was June 2, 2014. And my recommitment date was September 5, 2016.

I am using the SparkPeople nutritional tracker and focusing on staying within not only my calories, but also my carbs, fats and proteins. I am eating more natural, quality food that my body craves. I also use my Fitbit One to track my steps throughout the day.



Personal Information:
I am from northern Indiana and now live in Indianapolis. I am married to a wonderful man. We were never able to have kids, but we have two dogs that keep us entertained.

    It’s cold outside, but Spring is coming! Are you ready to join a Challenge? The Biggest Loser Challenge is looking for members for it’s next Challenge starting the first week of March. The challenge consists of 11 Teams, that participate in 10 weeks of Nutritional and Fitness Challenges. These challenges can be modified to fit individual needs, allowing members of all abilities and dietary needs to participate.
