it's easier to to put on shoes when you can reach your feet
4 years ago I celebrated my 50th by doing 50 pushups 50situps and jogging 5 miles with western PA hills in less than 50 min (much less than 50 min)
Yes that first round of SP worked well!!!
Then a string of personal disasters struck
they are not 100% over yet but (hopefully) the worst is behind
Now back almost to my original weight
a 1500 to 1800 calorie diet feels like starvation
and the thought of just walking 1 mile has me typing on SP instead of putting on my new shoes--in my own defense its cold outside 28 degrees wind chill of 16
but that will change in spring
maybe by then I wont feel like I am starving on a 2000 calorie diet

My Goals:
The goal is to get off of blood pressure meds (already 1/2 accomplished) april 14 ,2010 no more hydrchlorothiazide
I reduced the lisinopril from 20mg to 10 mg may 17,2010 without asking my doctor.
I am officially off of blood presuremeds as of May 22 ,2010.
Now I am a blood donor discovering that I have O- blood makes the vampires really like me.. I still hate kneedles
my goal is to Get my weight back on track after putting 40 lbs back on due to this divorce that I am going through.


My Program:
Eating correctly
moderate exercise
and I am trying a diet pill made from some kind of extract that was "gauranteed" to burn fat without changing your diet.

I'll keep you posted on those results
