My Goals:
I would just like to get to a healthy, reasonable weight ( and fitting into some nice clothes wouldn't hurt!)
My Program:
I started exercising a while back and also eating well (most of the day). Now it is hard for me to lose since I already have some of these things incorporated. I must make an extra effort to add exercise and replace good food for bad.
Personal Information:
I am a Brooklyn girl transplanted to NJ. I was used to walking or taking public transportation which is exercise! Now I am a mall person so that eliminates that extra daily boost.
