Odds-n-evens. Odd days I run (working up to that part), even days I cross-train - bike, swim, tennis, dance. Odd days I work on my flexibility - even days I strength train. Odd days I focus on low carb, even days I focus on hydration and trying new healthy recipes.

I live in Austin, TX, am happily married, and passionately involved in animal rescue.
