My Goals:
My goal is to lose some weight and then set another goal to lose a little more weight.
My Program:
I joined WW Oct. 24, 2006 and reached my goal that following spring. I learned how to eat healthier but still manage to put on a few pounds here and there. Maintenance is TUFF BUSINESS!!! I know when it is time to back off because I get on the scales everyday. I know, I know, they say NOT to do that but it has taught me what bad food can do to ya!
I am doing yoga and making wiser choices in what I choose to eat thanks to sparkpeople. I also journal everything I eat!!!
