I have always been "the fat girl" and have battled with my weight my entire life. I've tried most weight loss programs but to no avail because I HATE when people tell me what to do, how to do it and when to do. Because most weight loss programs are so regimented, I inevitably become frustrated and fail. This site was recommended to me by a friend over a year ago and when I first started using it I was widly successful . . . then life got crazy.

I'm finally back to a state of mind where I want to focus on me . . . improving myself physically, mentally and emotionally. I have come to realize that I have to love and care for myself and make the changes needed to improve myself because it's no one else's responsibility except mine.

My Goals:
My goals for the next 6 months:
1). Drink 12 glasses of water per day.
2). Limit soda intake to 1 20 oz. bottle per week.
3). Eat at least 5 fruit/veggie servings per day.
4). Eat mindfully.
5). Exercise at least 4 times per week for at least 30 minutes each time.
6). Track my eating and exercise daily.
7). Lose at least 2 lbs. per week.
8). Jog 5k by 09/30/14.

My Program:
1). Do cardio exercise at least 5 times per week.
2). Strength train at least 2 times per week.
3). Track the food I consume daily.
4). Track my exercise daily.
5). Make healthier dining choices.
6). Eat only when I am truly hungry . . . no emotional eating.
7). Choose my attitude . . . don't let others affect me and my outlook on life.
