YELLOWKITTER
Thanks for your support. You are doing great! I started out several years ago at 330 pounds - so you can imagine all the loose skin, wierd fat depostis I have. I would have to get very long needles to hit a muscle in my butt or thigh, whereas my calves/upper arms are very muscular. I probably just hit a nerve and that is why is hurt. Will try the other calf today and see how it goes. I may have to reconsider an injection site, but I am so relieved that this worked for me. I was at wits end with how bad I was feeling and the thought of doing it for another 30 days was overwhelming. I work at a coal mine and have a very physical job. I cannot afford to be sick and lose muscle strenght. So far so good! 2735 days ago

Thanks for stopping by my blog! I use any recipe for flourless chocolate cake and substitute a mix of half stevia and half splenda for the sugar in the recipe- I've tried different ones each time and haven't found a clear fave yet (but will let you know when I do!).
Homemade whipped cream is a must (again sub 1/2 stevia and 1/2 splenda and include vanilla &/or flavored stevia or other extract). It's so delish and good for P3. Just cut the pieces small (they are very rich) and use lots of whipped cream! Strawberry slices or a few raspberries are a nice touch. Very low-carb :) 2896 days ago
