Introduction Text I lost almost 60 pounds in a year thanks to Spark and its BLC challenge (and thanks to myself)! I took some time off to get used to the weight loss and try to regain a bit more balance in my life. To lose the weight I had put in a lot of my time. It had become a job and I needed a vacation. During my time away from BLC I needed to have my gallbladder out (after 9 months of pain). Since then I have been really enjoying the freedom to eat anything I want without pain. It is really great! But I have gained back 5-10 lbs in the 2.5 months since my surgery. So now it is time to lose those extra pounds, and figure out how to maintain the weight loss but also maintain more freedom in my life. It's time to find that balance!

My first goal is to wear my wedding ring again! DONE! - mid may 2011! 180 lbs - Made it! July 2012 169lbs - Finally will be out of the obese BMI and into overweight. -Reward new clothes! MADE IT! - Sept 2012 Getting 'new' clothes from the basement that I haven't worn in about 6 years has been a great reward! 152 - will be 50 lbs lost since starting spark DONE! September 2012 140 lbs will put me into a healthy BMI - Goal Met! *****update - need to work on this goal again after gaining a bit. 134 lbs - This is my lowest adult weight that I remember. I felt good and healthy at that weight.
