    Hi MARYLEEW,

    I too used to have HBP and High Cholestrol, and am a type 2 diabetic. I have controlled them through diet and exercise. SO keep working, it truly is all worth it emoticon You are making great progress so far.... give yourself a pat on the back. emoticon

    I'm pretty new at this myself, but wanted to let you know that it's o.k. to just jump right in and play, i.e. "click. click. click". It's how I have been learning my way around. So far I have encountered only splendid, encouraging and helpful people. Stop by and say hello. I hope you try isometric exercise, it's perfect for adults with mobility issues, chronic pain, have been sedentary for a while, or who tire easily. Yet even if you're at the top of your game, isometrics can give you the added edge towards meeting your goals, even if that is finishing a triathlon! emoticon
