    Thanks for your comments on my page. I found some exercises on Sparkpeople that I do when my body allows me too. I have lumbar Scoliosis, bad knees, and my feet swell on occasion. I also try to walk in my neighborhood as much as I can. I'm not one who likes to exercise and doing it by yourself isn't fun at all, but I don't have anyone close by to workout with me. I just turned 49 in August and I've been overweight most of my life too. Once it's on it's hard to take it back off after you get older. Have a great day. emoticon emoticon

    Thanks for the blog love! I too have given up flour, sugar and pasta-that is a big one for me! I am not looking to keep it away permanently, just long enough to jump start and learn to eat in moderation again. Keep up the great work!
