I'm a married mother of 4 boys, ages 18, 11, 10 and 8. Having my youngest 3 boys within 4 years took quite a toll on my body. Now that I'm done having children, I'm on a mission to lose the baby weight (and then some) and tone up my body. Being a working woman, wife and mother demand most (if not all) of my attention, so trying to fit in the exercise that I know I need and prepare the healthy meals I need to eat can be difficult.
