I'm dealing with M.S. and trying to lose weight at the same time. I hope I can make friends on SparkPeople who will help me stay motivated, and that I can motivate in return.

Fitness Minutes: 19,911

My Goals:
*Long term: Get under 200 lbs, and stay there!
*Short term: Get under 240 by May 31st, 2019.

My Program:
 Baby Steps:
*10 min of exercise everyday, more if I can handle it.
*Drinking more water.
*Adding more vegetables.


Personal Information:
I lost a significant amount of weight that I never thought I'd find again. The biggest hurdle with losing weight for me is MS fatigue.

Other Information:
 I like Minecraft. I am a terrible housekeeper. I like to laugh.

    Erin likes to make soups. We went to the market last weekend and bought whatever was fresh and seasonal and then she picked a couple of specific things (fennel for example) and came home, raided the frozen tomatoes and put together a bean and lentil soup that is heavenly! I'll keep you posted as we try new things and find good recipes. emoticon

    weight loss is a little stalled in my world too. But, I'm not gaining, just not loosing...I'll live with that for the moment. I haven't gotten out for my walks for a couple of weeks, and that does make all the difference for me! Takes a lot of dedication to do school the way you are! Good for you!! Keep going, it will be worth it!! emoticon emoticon emoticon

    Thanks for the goodie! The ladder is still in place. Washed the slip covers on my couch and chair today and had to get that laundry basket with the wet slipcovers in it up the ladder....my daughter did the bulk of that job! We're stuck with it for a little bit. My contractor has hurt is back and we are waiting on the chiropractor to fix him up. I'm a little bit anxious, but I'm having faith!!
