Introduction Text I am a wife and mother who has been struggling with weight my whole life. Most of my family has struggled with weight but have went to surgery to get rid of that. I have decided that I am not going to surgery unless I have to. I know I can do this not just for me but for my family. My husband and my son are my biggest motivations as well as finally being able to do stuff without feeling exhausted.

*to be able to walk up the stairs without having to stop half way up *to be able to wear a pair of size 24 jean *to be a great and healthy role model to my son *to be healthy and pregnant (which I am not yet) *to do this without having surgery *to be the best wife I can possibly be

Slowly changing the way I look at food. Instead of going to food when I am having some emotional issues, I will go to some other activity. Taking each day as a new day and a way to do something new. I will retrain myself.

I am a wife to a wonderful man named Charlie. I have a beautiful son named Morgan who is 6 years old. I am 5'4 and weight 339lbs at the age of 29. I live with my husband and son in a townhome in South Minneapolis. I work as a Sales Admin for a coin company (2 years).
