Introduction Text Well I've been on this weight loss journey with SP nearly three months now. I feel much healthier and have more energy than I've had in a long time! Learned many tips on eating right and the importance of exercise. This is the longest time i've ever been on a "diet". Though the weight loss has not been reached, some of the results are now more apparent. Will continue this journey and the lifestyle changes SP has helped me learn.

My total weight loss goal is 34 lbs. Also want to gain strengthen and increase tone. So far I've lost 15 lbs!! Completing 12 SP weeks *Dinner and a Movie* Here are my Mini Goals: 150 New Cell Phone 145 Spa Day 140 New clothes

1) Time to put knowledge into practice. 2) Staying motivated to lose is key! 3) Continue to eat 4 servings fruits/veggies each day. 4) Continue strength training and cardios as scheduled 5) Increase protien intake (this is my lowest catagory) 15 pounds lost! And so far a total of 11 inches - gone. Measurements on the 25th, hoping to see smaller numbers here.
