    Just added you as a friend--I am a year older than you (just turned 52) and new-ish to Low Carb. LCHF is working for me as well--on many levels. I think I have finally found the answer to managing my weight. Looking forward to getting to know you better.

    Thank you for the Goodie! Don't look at LCHF as only Atkins. To me it's a combo of many things low carb or no carb. I don't eat that much meat, so I use many avenues as my source of protein and still keep low carb. I incorporate Paleo, some Mediterranean as well, plus just good whole food (No boxed processed) LCHF is the best thing that ever happened to me. emoticon
