    Hey there! Thanks for stopping by my blog and for your suggestions! I think you are right, it will be better to a little at a time. I know myself and if I try to lose it all at once I'll give up altogether.

    I especially love your suggestion ofdoing half decaf with the beans! That's going to be my very first step.

    Hi Marcy. Thanks for your comment on my blog. I promise I will TRY to not let that stupid scale bug me. And I will continue to repeat to myself several times daily, "Muscle weighs more than fat, muscle weighs more than fat..."
