My Goals:
Learn to apply permanent healthier food and exercise choices to my life and not expect overnight results.
Gain control of weight before it becomes necessary to take medication for Diabetes.
No obsessing over the number on the bathroom scales and celebrate even the little victories.
My Program:
Trust in God's help to achieve the above goals.
Start the exercise slowly and build from there.
Realize that I can never go back to my old bad habits.
Personal Information:
I have struggled with my weight all of my adult life and have never been able to maintain my weight losses. I will be turning 66 yrs old in October of this year. Obviously, I am not trying to be "body" beautiful. My goal is to achieve a healthy weight and to make activity an essential part of my life. I CAN DO THIS!
Other Information:
I worked as a legal secretary for over 25 years in Washington, DC and can truly say I am thrilled to be out of the "rat race." I am enjoying my retirement by pursuing my first love...ART. I love to paint and sketch and am a teacher's aid in an art class held at my church.

My Goals:
