Welcome to my SparkPeople Page! I'm sharing my journey toward great health as a way to keep motivated, honor my commitments, celebrate my wins and track my progress. I appreciate encouragement and wisdom from your experience of losing weight and getting healthy. Rather than big, lofty steps, I'm going for smaller, more consistent changes. Sudden changes, or huge goals have not worked. So trying a new path--and learning new things in the process. Thanks for visiting!

My Goals:
To have a strong, healthy body that resists disease and allows me to live an active life.

Goals
Weigh 125 - 130 lbs
Be at 23-25% body fat
Be consistently slim, trim, and toned
Master healthy eating
Have strong arms, abs, back and legs
Rock outfits I've always wanted to wear.


My Program:
This is my program is for Spring 2018:

EXERCISE PLAN
Cardio HIIT 2x a week for 20-30 minutes
Strength Training at least 3x a week rotating between upper, lower, core, and whole body.
Body-Brain Yoga 4x a week

NUTRITION PLAN
Whole Foods
4 days vegetarian
2 meals a day for intermittent fasting
No sugar, no flour
1200-1300 calories a day
8 hours of sleep per night
64 oz H2O per day

Personal Information:
My most consistent commitment is to my personal and spiritual growth. I value understanding myself and bringing out my potentials. I made health and well-being a priority this year as a way to break through my limiting beliefs about my weight, how strong I can be, how well I can feel, how I can fit into beautiful clothes.

I want to finally reach 130 lbs., settle on a long-term nutritional plan, and be strong so I can travel easily and widely.
