    Thanks for the blog comment! Yes, each day is a new choice. I am trying to change from afternoon/evening workouts to morning, so that I can be sure to fit them in my day. For most of the past year, I have been doing afternoon/evening workouts, and I have a tendency to be "too tired" at the end of the day to work out. I want to avoid that problem.
