    I just saw that you commented on my "Water" blog! That's hysterical!

    I just don't get it! This whole "oh, I can't drink that much water!".

    I have to admit, I drink bubbly water! It's like a little party in my mouth and it's reminiscent of when I drank 6-8 diet sodas a day only WAY healthier for me! My husband and I were spending a small fortune on carbonated water. We also had the hassle of returning our bottles (deposits on everything here in Sweden). So our best friend bought a SODA STREAM and I was intrigued. I had seen a commercial or two on TV but mindlessly didn't pay much attention (Swedish is a boring language, very few words!!!). So we drank some of this SODA STREAM water during one of our visits and I was hooked. I told my husband I wanted to get one to save some money and the hassle of returning 50 bottles a month. After three months it had totally paid for it's self! That's how much carbonated water we were buying every month!

    Long story short, we LOVE our SODA STREAM. We bought two extra bottles because we drink over 8 liters a day and we HAVE to have cold bubbly water! A little advice, stay away from the "flavors" they try to pawn off on you - it's soda! They SODA STREAM makes your normal tap water (hopefully you have tasty water where you live) into a little party in your mouth! Why not give it a try! It might make water consumption more fun!?!?! Or at least a little more appealing!

    Hey Mande! Thanks for reading my blog ... I keep forgetting other Spark People might read them. So I'm glad you read a positive one! Ha ha!

    I agree it's a drag to get fit and work out by yourself, but the key is to commit to it no matter what the circumstances. I'm not a big "gym" person, I'd rather sweat it out at home then to be scrutinized and gawked at at the gym. But maybe if your a member at a gym you could find yourself a workout buddy there - someone to help keep you motivated and committed. Someone to whom you'd be accountable to work out with. That might be just what you need.

    Or maybe there's some at work that wants to get fit. Just ask a friend if they are willing to start the journey with you. The worst they can say is no, and won't they feel guilty about not getting fit themselves!!!

    If you can't find anyone, just be committed to working out everyday. I'm a good procrastinator, so I HAVE to set a workout time otherwise I'll find all kinds of things that will keep me away from the stationary bike, the weights, balls and bands and the DVD player!

    Stay focused on the fitness and healthy lifestyle ... the goal line is not really that far ahead of you! I'll always be here to give you some motivation or encouragement! That I will promise you!

    Keep your spirits high, your thoughts focused and your will committed to being healthy!

    You are funny.. and You are beautiful!! you gotta look at my before pic!! You will get to where I am and I hope that you surpass me! Our desired weight loss goals are nearly identical. If I can do it you will do it!!! I'm gonna keep my eye on ya and add you. Stay focused sweetie. No matter what the people around you are eating or doing - keep your goal in mind. Let nothing stop you!! Don't do what I kept doing and say ok I already messed up today I'll start tomorrow.. I'll start Monday. No matter what time of day it is you can start fresh. Dont forget about setting the small goals. They give you something to look forward to and keep you motivated to move further.
