One word for 2015 is Success
I have not changed any thing only most likely gaining weight. I am now 220 pounds, and my 2 plus cloths are fitting tight. I must begin and stick with a weight loss program to have success. I know that weight comes on much easier than it goes off. I did not gain to where I am at over night. I do expect to make it to a 10% weight loss. I will post a picture soon.
