1. Eat more clean and fresh foods
2. Exercise at least 6 days a week
3. Drink more water daily
4. Encourage others to live their best
5. Love more fully
6. Be a 'positive' role model to my children
7. Quit smoking
8. Give my thoughts and energy to love, joy, truth, and peace
9. Plan accordingly for the future while living fully in the present
