Hello my name is Tiffany. Its been 10 years since I started my Spark page. I have fallen off the wagon many a time and been on an emotional roller coaster. I am pleased to announce that we welcomed 2 new bundles into our family in the last two years. I know crazy, right? We had a little boy and a little girl (finally). I started my second pregnancy at 252 lbs which was the heaviest I've ever been and on a person who is 5'1'' that doesn't look good. After my littel boy was born I got down to 202 lbs and was on the verge of breaking the 200 lb mark before I found out I was pregnant for a third time with our little girl. I didn't gain much with her but I did end back up at 216 lbs. Since I got my tubes tied I was on light duty for 6 weeks after delivery and for some reason I was always starving, I think mostly because I was breast feeding. I gained 9 lbs after she was born and I'm not happy with that number. So here I am again trying to get my ish together and get myself to my goal weight, now that I don't have to worry about another pregnancy getting in the way. I'm ready to stick to my plan and get the ball rolling. My husband will be joining me in this journey and my sister (who is now pregnant with her first) is very supportive of my goals. 115 Lbs. here I come!!!!

My Goals:
I am doing this for my children and myself! Having a healthy lifestyle and reaching my goal weight of 115.

My Program:
I am on a 1200-1500 cal. a day diet. I have to drink 8 glasses of water a day.

Personal Information:
I have graduated college and I am now a Registered Medical Assistant. At the moment I am a stay at home mommy. But I am looking for work.

Other Information:
I am body conscience and I don't like excercising in public places alone. I hate 24hr Fitness because everyone who goes there is already fit and use it as a place to pick up on people. I feel like a lump when I go there.
