2/22/2020 - After a long break, I'm back on spark. I've gained weight due to stress eating and menopause. The scale has crept up but it's time to take control. Focusing on health & the way my body feels.

9-4-11 I did it!! I ran the Disneyland Half Marathon. Finished it even with a bum ankle and the sniffles. Go me!
