I have gained over 50 lbs in the last three years and it's time for them to GO! I do not enjoy exercising and manage to find a million things to do to stay out of the gym. Part of the reason I hate exercising is because it hurts... my achilles, my knees, my back... you get the idea. I love fruits and veggies, so it's not hard for me to include those in my diet, but I also love pasta, and it's hard for me NOT to include that (especially since it's fast, easy and inexpensive to fix and my kids ...

1) To eat healthy at every meal to set a good example for my kids.
2) To stop drinking so much Dr. Pepper (maybe 1-2 a week).
3) To lose 50+ pounds by eating right AND exercising.
4) To find an exercise routine that I enjoy and will stick to, even after I've lost the weight.
