    I was able to drop 50# after finding my doctor who put me on Metformin, a weekly shot of Bydureon and Acarbose with meals and armour thyroid. I hope u have a good doctor who understands obesity. My blood sugar went from 115 to 100 and I no longer have cravings. Do listen to an interview my doctor gave on Youtube. He is 77.

    Also Robert Cywes M.D. on his Youtube channel is the Carb Addict Doc. He has been a weight loss surgeon for over 30 yrs in Jacksonville, Fl and has done over 8,000 surgeries, but is real goal is to get people off their carb addiction. He was over 300 # so he knows what it is like, but he says we have to get over carbs or we will regain the weight.

    I read an article that said each morning, the first thing to eat is 1 almond for every 10 pounds you want to weigh. My goal is 160 pounds, so that's 16 Almonds, first thing each day.
