Big Mama to Little Mama


I am 25 years old, been married almost five years, and I have a son who is almost two. I want to lose weight so I don't have to worry about high blood pressure, miscarriages, and diabetes at my age. I also want to be able to wear a bathing suit without the skirt and feel good about it.

My Goals:
My goal is to lose 83 pounds in one year.

My Program:
 I am walking every day and I am hoping to start doing Tae-Bo again in a month or so, right now it about kills me!


Personal Information:
I'm from Virginia originally, but moved to Alabama to start a new life with my husband and our adorable son, Remy. I love it down here and I don't want to live anywhere else.
