hello everyone! my name is marci. i have a 3 year old daughter and a 5 year old son. i am 30 years old and im raising my 2 kids alone now.

i joined spark people in 2009 and lost 50 lbs in 3 months. that was my original small goal with an overall goal of 200 lbs. after i met that first goal of 50 lbs, i entered the holiday season and decided to ease up a little bit. that was a huge mistake! i should have never eased up. i am really sad to see myself back to where i started. i dont know why i let all that hard work go to waste. i was so happy after losing that weight, i was even jogging.

i started at 386, and got down to 330. i dont even remember the last time i was below 350. since i started gaining back the weight i have tried a few times to get back on track, but all attempts were short lived. i am mad at myself for gaining back the weight i have lost. my problems are over eating and binging on junk food. i just weighed myself and i am at 386 (1-6-12). im starting over at the same exact weight I started with before.

i know what i have to do, because ive done it before, its just doing it! i need to take some time and focus, and find my inspiration again and just do it. when i started my journey last time, i looked pregnant. and once again i look pregnant. i hate that...its embarrassing.

So here's to starting over again, starting a new year, as well as recently starting a new job. my first goal is to lose 25 pounds each quarter, with an over all goal of 100 this year and 200 over all.

I really try to watch what i eat and make the right choices. i also try to walk, do a video or workout every day.
