Hello, my name is Mallory. I have been a member of spark people for a long time now, but I've never used it to its full potential. With my Sparkpeople mobile app and the Sparkpeople website I have no excuse for not taking full advantage of it.

About me? I'm a wife, a grad student, a strict vegetarian and a mom to 2 furry-four-legged children. When I'm not working full-time, I'm attending class full-time. I have a busy, hectic schedule so my fitness time is limited. This means I have to make the most of the time I do have, and make it count both in the gym and at the table.

My health and fitness goals for 2011 are simple; I want to get in shape (again), retain healthier eating habits, and lose weight. I've ran a 5k in the past, and I'd love to get in the condition to do it again this year - followed by a 10k. Over the past year I let some pounds sneak up on me, and now my goal is to shed those extra pounds and get back to a healthier weight. The amount isn't huge, but I think it will still prove challenging to lose 20lbs.

Lets hope 2011 is a great year to meet (and/or exceed) these goals! =]
