Failure is NOT an option... I will succeed, I will make my body do what it's fighting me on. I will get to where I want to be... and hve fun along the way.
I seem to have stalled out of late... Maintaining where i could be moving forward... I'm just bored with it all... and need a new goal to get me going again -and just don't have it yet... but I'll find it...

My Goals:
current goals
1. Be able to run a 5K
2. Be able to bench press 125lbs
3. To be able to hold a plank for 60 seconds.
4. To be able to do one push-up.
My Program:
Menu planning and shopping smarter.
Regular weight training.
Walk walk and walk some more - and trying to run as much as possible
Personal Information:
Living a healthier life in Chicago - still looking for the next big project to keep me entertained and motivated.
Other Information:
I'm not a big believer in mini goals, I don't like always having to reset back to 0 - so I look at the big picture and hit certain milestones along the way.
The last milestone I hit was 202lbs -which made my bmi no longer obese and only overweight...
Next milestone up is 168lbs -which will make me NORMAL - BMI that is - mental state is entirely questionable :)
