Introduction Text Hello! I am ready to get my weight loss back on track. I was a WW member for a while but need to find a way to loose weight on my own. And sharing it here will make it even more motivating for me! Edited March 31st, 2009 After being part of the wonderful Spark People website I am clear about my goals and my expectation. I have been enjoying every moment of this wonderful transformation. The support and encouragement I found here is unbelievable and I will be forever thankful for such a great community. I am honored to be part of a team that is there for you regardless of the distance or the unknown faces. I feel healthy and motivated. I am free and living life! Starting today I decided to set different goals and to remind myself that nothing is set on stone and I can do anything I set my mind to.

My #1 goal is to run 5k by the summer! I also want to loose weight!

I have the basics about eating healthy down. But there is something I'm doing wrong so now I have to count calories strictly. Fitness wise I'm doing the c25k program, I'm also doing an aero-dance class once or twice a week and strength training 4 times a week.
