A new me...


I've been on Sparks off and on for several years. I will be retiring at the end of August 2017 and I've been working on a "new me" for a few months now. So now that I have found answers to my Eternal search for the Holy Grail of diets, I thought: Why not go back to Sparks? It's a very useful tool to gerenate more motivation! So here I am....
