I was just looking at your football field weight loss tracker and realized you are on the end zone and about to score!

    WOOHOO!!

You've had a wonderful and successful healthy journey and I applaud you in advance. Obviously you will meet this goal very soon.

Where do you get all of those wonderful quotes. When I get discouraged I go to that site and read to my heart's content! Thank you for adding the thoughts! emoticon

MAJORDAD: My husband was in VietNam and my Dad a Lieutenant in the Airforce. My husband's Dad was a foot soldier in WWII. My husbands Dad was very involved in the American Legion. My husband picked up the reins when his Dad passed on.

My Dad didn't like to be reminded, he flew the paratroopers into areas of battle and felt his reason for living was to go into Holland and pick up the "Frenchies" from the Panthers as his plane rolled along the ground. He said they had to keep going so they could take off before they were shot down. He said one life saved would be worth his whole life. I loved that about him but didn't learn it until he went to heaven. I found the paper with the statement in his box of medals!
I like sharing this with you as you will understand my love for my country by the sacrifices of my family. Jerri emoticon
