After almost 20 years of restritive diets, amazing weight losses and scandalous weight gains, I have given up on 'dieting'.
I'm trying this new (for me) aproach that consist on eating real food when I'm hungry, and until I'm satisfied.
Real food is homecooked food, from scratch, with lots of vegetables and fruit, meat and fish, and also carbs (whole whenever possible).
I'm cutting processed food as much as I can. I'm limiting sugar. but that's it.

Go to the gym 2/3 a week. Eat. Rest. Live!

I love my audiobooks, dogs, cats and peace.
