Thanks for the advice. I am new to this so have no knowledge on how to preserve the nutrients and fiber. I'll do it your way and see what it is like. I plan on using spinach, lettuce, green pepper, celery, cucumber , green onion and a clove of garlic for my first attempt. Oh yes, and a carrot.
