I've lost 50 lbs give or take, on the Weight Watchers online Flex program. It took me 2 years to lost the weight and I've been maintaining since March 2006 at or just over/under my original goal weight of 150.

In August 2009, I lowered my goal weight to 145 and attained that by the end of September 2009. I'm doing P90X now and have lowered my goal weight once again to 140; a weight I haven't seen since I was about 20 years old!

As of August 2010, I am hovering right over that undreamed of goal of 140. Today I weighed in at 141.6. I am so proud of my accomplishments!

I am a total foodie, a vegan and love to cook.

I have a blog that contains many vegan recipes and a lot of my process as I've lost my weight and kept it off.

My Goals:
My goals are to maintain my weight under 150 lbs.

My other goals are to continue my fitness journey which is paramount to my mental and physical health.

My Program:
I followed the Weight Watchers Flex program for over 3 years, but stopped paying for online tools and counting points in August 2007, taking the leap that I could maintain my goal weight by tracking only on Sparkpeople. I exercise almost everyday. My fitness goal, which I make or exceed almost every week is 4000-5000 calories a week burned. I do that to feel good but to also support my food habits which have me eating 1400-1650 calories a day.
What I do for exercise:

I do Vinyassa flow yoga 3x a week, Core Fusion strength training, I hike and run the hills and trails surrounding my neighborhood and am currently running about 3-6 miles 3-4 times a week.

(9/11/09) I am considering starting P90X. I want to see how far I can go.

(Updated 9/27/09) I started P90X a week and a day ago. I am SO STOKED about this program. Still have 2 yoga days and at least 2 run days, so I'm doing some doubling up because I'd miss running and yoga too much to just do P90X.
