It gets better. I'm on week 3 now and I did two Max workouts (Max Interval and Sports Training) in a row today to make up for missing workouts in the last few days. I had no idea that I could do anything of the sort when I had begun Month 2. Insanity builds up your stamina drastically. Just keep on getting an adequate amount of calories and pushing play. Thanks! The second month is more difficult, but once you have done the first month, your body gets conditioned to take the 'insanity' without protesting . Keep on digging deeper! It must be great to have a workout buddy you can count on for support :)

Hi :) I`m 5.3`. Kind of petite. Minus butt & thighs :) Wow, Insanity! You rock! I`m not there yet. My first love is running, I only do ST in between for gaining strength and good form. But when I`ll be millionaire, I`ll hire Tony Horton. He is awsome. So strong, real, smooth and SO efficient. Keep in touch :)
