    I did a 5K yesterday and finished in about 57 minutes. In January I could not walk 15 minutes. I am doing good! You can do it!

    Fort Smith is too far for me. I would love to join you guys though, if there is another one just let me know. I live in Grove, Oklahoma. I am beginning the 5k walk/Jog sparkspeople plan monday, so hopefully I will be ready when a 5k comes up. Thanks, a bunch!! emoticon emoticon emoticon
