1/6/18: Down 7lbs, Sugar avg 142, down from 188 avg, Blood Pressure 101/69 down from 130/80. I don't see the changes as much in the mirror or how my clothes fit but internally my body is doing a happy dance!

    Oops, sorry, I didn't realize you had replied to my post on your blog a few days ago.

    I'm so glad to hear you've switched it up. If not for health/cholesterol reasons, I'd hate for you to end up like me--gaining it back quickly and being ridiculously discouraged.

    I can only imagine how frustrating this 20 pound weight loss is to you. You look *gorgeous* already and you mention that you're quite healthy. You must be a committed lady to do this when you really don't need to.

    Controlled carbs(as opposed to 'no carbs') is very effective, especially if you know you're a person with carb sensitivity. 100g a day will be so much easier to stick to, and you won't have to feel like you've failed if you accidentally go over 20g. I'm sure you'll see great results, so good luck!

    It's primarily weight watchers recipes, but she always lists the carb content and has an entire 'low carb' section. I've never been disappointed with a recipe. I'm actually eating her 'cream of zucchini soup' right now with 11g of carbs.
