Hey, thanks for the reply to my post. Are you still having a moment? :)spark helps me so much, knowing there are people having and over coming the same issues. I wish I knew the be-all, end-all secret, but from the advice you gave me, it sounds like you're on the right path. I might have a cup cake tomorrow, and I will have a few beers, and all will be well. Good luck and good night. 3704 days ago

Hello and Welcome to Spark... this site is amazing and it offers all the tools you need to reach your goals. I would recommend joining a few teams... making friends is a great way to stay motivated and supported. Beyond that I would just use your trackers daily and remember to track your sodium. Under the "My Tools" tab you will see a link for Sparkpoints, doing the things you can to get your points daily will help keep you active and learning and the more you are here the more connected and invested you will feel. If there is anything I can do to help you Plz feel free to come by my page and msg me, or if you'd like to be friends you can read my blogs and see if you'd like to add me.... Best of luck to you on this new journey, Sheryl
