Hi, my name is Amanda, and I've been trying to lose weight for some time. I am 190 lbs, and for some reason I can't seem to lose it. I found this website through a friend, and I really hope that it can help me lose weight and achieve the goals I wish to fulfill. My Goals:
I would like to lose about 20 lbs, drink 8 glasses of water a day, and attempt to be more positive in life. I don't want to be so stressed out either, I would like to try and stay more positive in life, and watch what I eat more.

My Program:
 Eat better in general, I don't really believe in dieting... Anyone can lose weight if they eat right and exercise.

    I know I should have used something different but no one really uses my old nicknames any more. I'm just Ange most of the time now...pretty boring.
    That would be great! I'm going to Kitchener on Tuesday for a mommy thing, and I'll be at my mom's on Sunday but other than that I'm free all week. I just have to steal my car back from Pete. He's working really close to our appartment right now so he doesn't really need the car.
    Pete's sick so I don't know if he's up for looking after Jocelyn alone but we'll see. I haven't gone out alone (without Peter and/or Jocelyn) since before Jocelyn was born. It's quite sad actually.
    I have you on MSN so I'll talk to you there.
