MOMMY TO WOWWY!
It's time for me to get control over my life! I am tired of letting depression and my lack of will power control my happiness anymore.I am going to a weight loss Dr. starting Thursday and redoing my whole thinking on eating and exercising and managing my stress. I start my 2 set of college classes on the 24th, I am happy about my education, my life with my family and now I want to be healthy and get some of this weight off.

Go From 200 to 140 lbs. by 1/6/2012
do 30 minutes cardio and strength training 3-4x a week
Atkins induction for 2 weeks, then 20 net carbs per day
10+ glasses H2O each day

To get down to an attainable, healthy weight for my personal height, body build and BMI.

low carb eating with daily exercise and strength training. Trying to avoid as much processed foods as possible and eat my food as clean as possible.

My name is Amber, I'm the mother of 3 awesome little boys and god mother to one precious daughter; married to the love of my life. I'm a stay at home mom and love being able to spend time and care for our children at home.
Other Information:
I enjoy some online gaming,Anime and working out on my wii fit, spending time with my kids and husband, making low carb meals and surfing my face book and spark page.

Kudos to you for going..I wish I would've. Now I work 40 hrs plus, and can't afford to work any less than that to go back.
