Waiting for Hubby to Come Home......


I have gained alot of weight since I had my second baby, almost two years ago!! Going into the hospital for her birth I was 184 lbs. I lost some, but had gained way more that I should have. I can't stand the way I look and have decided I need to do something about it. It's definatly been up and down mainly because I never "see" myself as an overweight person until I try on clothes, or hang out with old friends. I want to be the woman my husband married and not the troll he has to come home to. ...

My Goals:
Lose 25 Lbs, Be able to exercise for 30 minutes without pooping out, keep the weight off

My Program:
 Tuesday, Thursday& Sat- Legs and Cardio (timing depends on my exertion)

M-W-F- Upper Body and Cardio


Sun- OFF DAY, grocery shopping is exercise enough!

    hey hun! you family is adorable!:) i love being an army wife...its the hardest thing ever but i think no one will ever even begin to know love and respect like we do!! is ur hubby deployed? we are stationed at fort hood, texas and im not a big fan of it there so i moved home to wisconsin for the rest of the time he's overseas! he should be back in october..i cant wait!!!! where are u guys at? so whats ur "diet" plan like? im having such a hard time!! i have a sweet tooth and hate counting calories! exercizing is so boring too lol...but im trying to force myself!!!
